OPT-IN FOR: PERCEPTION MANIPULATION

bishop has the ability to manipulate people's perception of him - specifically, whether or not they perceive him in any capacity for any stretch of time. this works kind of like invisibility except he's technically not invisible. bishop chooses who can see him, who can't, and for how long by tricking their brain into not registering his physical existence (visual, audible, olfactory...al, etc.) at all. e.g.; he could be standing right in front of someone and looking them in the eye, and make it appear to them as if he's not there at all while someone else in the same room might be able to perceive him just fine. "the greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn't exist" or whatever that french poet said.

anyway! because this is not regular invisibility and involves a little bit of brain rewiring on his part, this requires some opting in on everyone else's part! please fill out the form below if you would like to opt-in to bishop being able to use this power on your character at any point in the future. by default, no opt-in will be treated as an opt-out. ty!
